Founded by compassionate pet lovers in Vietnam in 2004, ASVELIS Veterinary Clinic has transformed from a small pet care facility serving a few customers in Tay Ho district, Hanoi to a modern and full-service clinic catering to the needs of pet owners in Vietnam and various parts of the world.

Meet Our Team
Dr. Anna Klinnikova
Dr. Anna Klinnikova specializes in veterinary cardiology and advanced diagnostic ultrasound. Her expertise includes cardiac examinations, echocardiography, and abdominal imaging, helping provide accurate diagnoses and tailored care for each patient.
Dr. Septianingrum, Veterinarian
A graduate of Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia, Dr. Septianingrum brings extensive experience in clinical care and surgery. Since joining Asvelis in 2023, she has become known for her strong diagnostic skills, hands-on approach, and attentive care throughout each patient’s recovery.
Dr. Lucie Viard
Originally from France, Dr. Lucie Viard has worked in veterinary practices in France and Belgium. Her experience includes internal medicine, preventive care, emergency and intensive care, diagnostic imaging, and soft-tissue surgery.
Dr. Hoang Giang
Giang supports our veterinarians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments. She also helps care for hospitalized pets, closely monitoring their condition and following treatment plans to ensure they remain safe and comfortable.
Dr. Ngoc Huyen, Veterinarian
Dr. Ngoc Huyen graduated from the Vietnam National University of Agriculture and has strong experience in small animal clinical care. She performs examinations, monitors hospitalized patients, and supports surgical procedures and post-operative care. Dr. Huyen is dedicated to providing attentive and professional care for every patient.
Dr. Huan Pham, Veterinarian
Dr. Huan Pham has broad experience in consultations, diagnostics, hospitalization care, sterilization surgery, and dentistry. He also supports the Pet Relocation Team with airport procedures, helping ensure pets travel safely and smoothly.
Dr. Lam, Veterinarian
Dr. Lam graduated from the Vietnam National University of Agriculture and completed a year of clinical training in Japan. He provides routine health checks and general care, with a gentle and attentive approach that helps both pets and owners feel at ease.
Duc Anh, Veterinarian
After graduating from the Vietnam National University of Agriculture and completing his internship at Asvelis, Duc Anh joined the team in 2023. He handles consultations, supports surgeries and medical examinations, and manages the clinic’s pharmaceutical inventory.
Thuy Dung, Receptionist
Dung supports daily clinic operations, including client reception, scheduling, nutritional guidance, and supplier coordination. She also assists the Pet Relocation team, helping families arrange smooth and stress-free international travel for their pets..
Hanh, Receptionist
Hanh supports daily clinic operations, including client reception, scheduling, nutritional guidance, and supplier coordination. She also helps ensure smooth communication between veterinarians and pet owners.
Ngo Giang, Pet Travel Consultant
Giang is an experienced member of our Pet Relocation team, with strong knowledge of international pet travel requirements. She has helped hundreds of pets travel safely worldwide, guiding families through the process with care and confidence.
Linh, CEO
Linh is working enthusiastically behind the scene to manage all the administrative parts of the clinic, always side by side with Bobby, her beloved poodle. Her ultimate goal? Bringing customers peace of mind when they are using ASVELIS services.
